Accessible Instructional Materials - AIM
This online tutorial provides a basic overview of what appropriate and accessible instructional materials are for students with disabilities. Each section includes a basic activity indicated by a green arrow, along with "Optional Exploration/Resources" activities. You may feel comfortable just completing the green arrow activities. Or you may wish to do some additional exploration. Your final assignment is to turn in a completed AIM Discussion Guide and an AIM Assessment Planning Form on a student using one of the student scenarios; or you can base your work on a student you are familiar with. Be sure not to use the student's real name on the forms.
